GENERAL QUESTIONS
How does ordering work?
Call us at 817-548-1510 to place your order. As soon as you complete your order and payment is made, your information is processed immediately and your part enters the programming department. After leaving the programming department, your part is packaged and shipped using your chosen shipping method. Once you receive your new part, you can use the included prepaid shipping label to send us your old part. When we receive your old part your one-year warranty begins. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call or send us a message.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international orders will be shipped with your choice of carrier. We have accounts with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The choice is up to you. We cannot send you a prepaid return label; you will have make your own arrangements to send us your old part within 30 business days after you receive your new one.
Shipping Information
We will ship your part using your chosen shipment method. Keep in mind that your part may not ship the same day that you order, but we will use your chosen shipment method when we do ship. A tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you supply with your order. If no e-mail address is supplied you will not receive tracking info. Refunds & Return Policies
This is an electrical part. If you have any questions about this part, please email or call us before you buy. If you order the wrong part we will make an exchange if you pay shipping. If the part is returned within 14 days we will accept a return minus shipping and programming charges.
Paying for your Order
We accept PayPal, Western Union Money Orders, Certified Checks, Visa and Mastecard. The option to pay using COD (Money Order or Certified Check ONLY) is available; please call to request this option.

What if you do not have the computer that I need in stock?
If you order a computer and we do not have one in stock, we will locate one for you immediately and notify you of how long your order will take to fill. This usually takes 1-2 days. It is very rare that we will not have your part in stock.
Can I return my computer if it doesn’t work?
The part may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it is returned in its original condition. The return will be subject to shipping charges as well as programming charges. It is up to you and your mechanic to make sure that you diagnose your vehicle correctly.
What happens if I do not return my old computer?
Exchanges are required for all purchases unless otherwise directed. You may be subject to a ‘core charge’ in addition to a canceled warranty if you do not return your old part. If you do not have the old part or you would like to keep your old part, please give us a call before you order and we will give you all of your options.

How soon will I receive my computer once I have placed the order?
We ship our parts Monday-Friday. Ground shipping times vary from 1-6 business days for most areas. Air shipping times are always 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00pm eastern time may ship the same day. Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours.
