How does repair service work?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international orders will be shipped with your choice of carrier. We have accounts with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The choice is up to you. We cannot send you a prepaid return label; you will have make your own arrangements to send us your old part within 30 business days after you receive your new one.
Shipping Information
We will ship your part using your chosen shipment method. Keep in mind that your part may not ship the same day that you order, but we will use your chosen shipment method when we do ship. A tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you supply with your order. If no e-mail address is supplied you will not receive tracking info. Refunds & Return Policies
This is an electrical part. If you have any questions about this part, please email or call us before you buy. If you order the wrong part we will make an exchange if you pay shipping. If the part is returned within 14 days we will accept a return minus shipping and programming charges.
